It is important you read these carefully before making a purchase.

 

By accessing and using this site you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out here and you accept our privacy policy. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms you should not use the site. These Terms are constructed in accordance with English Law. In adhering to these Terms you agree that the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

We have made every effort to describe all products as accurately as possible by text and photographs. However, due to factors such as differences in monitors and screen settings we are unable to guarantee accurate colour likeness.

 

Ordering

A) Online

After creating your personal account, you may place an order by selecting a product and adding it to your cart. All goods on this website are offered subject to availability. On proceeding to the checkout you will be provided with an opportunity to review your order and correct any errors before confirming your purchase. You must confirm that you have read and agreed to the Terms of Sale.

 

B) Telephone

If you would prefer to make a telephone purchase please call us on +44 (0) 7976281875 and speak to one of our friendly, informed staff. Please have your payment details and product information ready. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email with details of your purchase. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Only once your credit or debit card has been verified will your order will be accepted and your selected goods dispatched.

 

Delivery

Your order will be sent when your payment has been verified. We offer next day delivery. However, during exceptionally busy periods or unexpected levels of demand for some items your order may be slightly delayed. If this does occur, we will inform you as soon as possible. We offer next day delivery on all orders placed before 12pm (GMT) on a working day (Monday -Friday inclusive).  There is a standard £10 delivery charge within the UK and deliveries will be made within working hours and require a signature. International deliveries will be charged at a standard £25 delivery cost.

 

Payment Methods

We accept Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and Amex. Please note we do not accept cheques.

 

Refund Policy:

We offer a full refund or exchange if you are not fully satisfied with your goods. Please post the product back to us within 14 days of its arrival, with the receipt, original packaging and all the labels still attached to the product.

Please note we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items that have had any of the tags or labelling removed. Any returned product must be in a resalable condition.

 

Hats are not included in our exchange policy. We do not offer any refund or exchange on any riding hat we stock. We sell our hats with a guarantee that they are in original condition and have not been dropped or damaged. If a hat leaves the shop and is then returned to us we are unable to continue this guarantee.

 

If goods have been made to measure or specifically designed, the customer must specify any issue with the product immediately on delivery. If for any reason the product is faulty, not designed as requested or not the correct size the product will be sent back to the manufacturer and amended as quickly as possible. We only offer a refund or exchange if the product does not exactly match the instructions provided by the customer, or is faulty. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their specific requirements are correct before finalising the order.

 

Please retain proof of postage when returning an item, as we cannot offer a refund against lost items without such proof. Returned items are posted at the buyer’s cost. If you require an exchange on an item, we will provide a replacement as long as we have stock available. If not, we will offer a full cost reimbursement. We will pay the postage on any replacement item.

 

Price Match Guarantee:

If you have purchased a product from us that you then find being sold at another genuine UK retailer who has the same size, colour and style in stock for immediate delivery then we will match the price. Proof of price will be required, and we must be notified of the price match within two days of the date of delivery. Please note this offer does not extend to sale items purchased from other retailers or items offered under any other form of discount.

 

VAT and Duty on Exports

Espayo Equestrian Ltd is not liable to pay any Tax or Duty on any products that have been shipped to countries outside of the EU. When a product is purchased from Espayo Equestrian Ltd we will show the full price of the product on the invoice and the origin country will determine the Tax and Duty to be applied to your products.
